Swiss Water is an innovative, 100% chemical free decaffeination process used primarily for organic coffees. Unlike any process that uses co2 gas or harsh chemicals, the Swiss Water® process uses the elements of water, temperature and time to create some of the most intriguing decaf coffee.
Sourced from Finca La Pastoria (estate of pasture) in the Santa Rosa region of Guatemala, this Catuai variety of 100% Arabica coffee is the highest Speciality graded coffee in existence that underwent the Swiss Water Process. Big bodied with notes of chocolate, caramel and a hint of citrus, it is well balanced with a long sweet aftertaste. The perfect base for any cappuccino or latte, or a delicious shot of espresso.
